Delivery
We send the license key by email immediately after payment – usually within a few minutes. If we don't have that key in stock at the time, we'll send it no later than the next business day. We don't ship physical goods, and there is no delivery fee.
Payment
At checkout, you pay via Paysera: by payment card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or online banking. On request, we issue a pro forma invoice for bank transfer – write to info@software.lt; in that case we send the key once the payment reaches our account. All prices include 21% VAT. The VAT invoice is issued automatically and sent together with the license key. When buying for a company, select “Buying for a company” at checkout and enter the company details.
Returns
If, before placing the order, you expressly agreed to the immediate commencement of delivery of the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you would thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we provided confirmation of your consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as by email, you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (Article 16(m) and Article 8(7) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 6.228¹⁰(2)(13) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania). This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content does not conform to the contract – for example, if the key does not work or does not match the product ordered. In that case, please contact us: we will replace the key, help you activate it or refund the amount paid; where provided by applicable law, you may also be entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
