Terms of purchase

These terms set out the conditions for the purchase and sale of goods in the online shop software.lt. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to them.

1. Seller

  1. The Seller is UAB “Atviros informacinės sistemos”, company code 300040275, VAT code LT100001169315, registered office address B. Dvariono g. 15, 08431 Vilnius.
  2. Contacts: email info@software.lt, tel. +370 676 10000 (business days, 9:00–17:00 Lithuanian time).
  3. Buyer – a legally capable natural person or a legal entity purchasing goods in the shop. Where the Buyer is a natural person purchasing for non-business purposes, consumer protection provisions also apply.

2. Products

  1. The shop sells software licenses – license keys (activation codes) delivered by email. Physical goods (boxes, discs) are not shipped.
  2. The license grants the right to use the program under the conditions set out in the manufacturer's license agreement (number of devices, validity period, purpose of use). The manufacturer's license agreement is presented when installing the program.
  3. We sell only genuine licenses purchased from manufacturers and their distributors. The product description states the number of devices and the validity period.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

  1. The Buyer selects a license, adds it to the cart and at checkout enters their first name, last name and email address. When buying for a company – the company name, company code, VAT code (if applicable) and address.
  2. The contract is deemed concluded when the Buyer places an order and receives an order confirmation by email.
  3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, especially the email address: the license key is sent only to the address provided.

4. Prices and payment

  1. All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT.
  2. You can pay using the methods listed in the shop: online banking, payment card or bank transfer against a pro forma invoice.
  3. A VAT invoice is issued for every order and sent by email together with the license key.

5. License delivery

  1. The license key is sent by email once payment is received – usually within a few minutes. If we don't have the key in stock at that moment, we send it no later than the next business day; we inform the Buyer of any delay by email.
  2. When paying by bank transfer, the key is sent once the funds reach the Seller's account (usually within 1 business day).
  3. If you have not received the email, check your spam folder or write to us – we will resend the key.

6. Right of withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, as long as the license key has not yet been provided to them. In that case, the money paid is refunded within 14 days at the latest.
  2. The license key is supplied digitally, without a tangible medium. Before confirming the order, the Buyer gives express consent, by ticking a separate checkbox that is not pre-ticked, to the commencement of delivery of the digital content immediately after payment, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and acknowledges that they will lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. The Seller provides the Buyer with confirmation of this consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium (by email) together with the confirmation of the contract, in accordance with Article 8(7) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Where these conditions are met, the consumer loses the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 6.22810, paragraph 2, point 13).
  3. A license key that has been delivered cannot be returned and is not refundable, except in the cases specified in Section 7.

7. Invalid or non-working key

  1. If the license key cannot be activated, does not match the order (a different product, number of devices or validity period) or stops working through the Seller’s fault, the Buyer has the right to demand that the key be replaced with a valid one or that the amount paid be refunded.
  2. Submit your complaint by email to info@software.lt, stating the order number and a description of the problem (preferably with a screenshot). We reply within 14 days at the latest, usually on the same business day.
  3. The Seller is not liable for faults arising because the Buyer activated the key for a different product, transferred it to third parties or breached the terms of the manufacturer's license agreement.

8. Liability

  1. The Seller is not liable for software performance that depends on the manufacturer or on the Buyer's hardware, operating system or internet connection; we will help you contact the manufacturer for technical support.
  2. The parties are released from liability if it is impossible to fulfill their obligations due to force majeure.

9. Personal data

  1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed to fulfill the order and issue the invoice, as described in the privacy policy.

10. Dispute resolution

  1. We try to resolve disputes through negotiation – write to us at info@software.lt.
  2. A consumer who is not satisfied with the Seller’s response, or has not received a reply within 14 days, may contact, free of charge, the out-of-court consumer dispute body of the Seller’s country – the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lrv.lt).
  3. Consumers from other EU countries can also get free help in cross-border disputes from the European Consumer Centre in their country (ECC-Net). The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Under Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I), this choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.

11. Final provisions

  1. The Seller may change these terms; changes apply to orders placed after they are published.

Terms version date: 1 November 2026.
