Microsoft 365 Family

Microsoft 365 Family is an annual Microsoft 365 subscription for up to 6 people. Each member gets Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote plus 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage, so documents, photos and files are always available on any device.

Who it suits

The subscription is designed for families and households in which several people use Office apps for school or personal tasks. One subscription replaces several separate ones, and each member gets their own storage. If only one person will use the apps, Microsoft 365 Personal is enough.

How to receive and activate the license

1. Once the order is paid, we send the license key and VAT invoice by email.
2. Sign in to your Microsoft account on the manufacturer’s activation page and enter the key you received.
3. Download and install the apps, and invite other members via the Microsoft account sharing settings.

Frequently asked questions

Can I renew my existing subscription?

Yes. Activating the key on the same Microsoft account extends the subscription period.

Can each member see the others' files?

No. Each member uses their own Microsoft account and their own 1 TB of storage, so files don't get mixed up unless they are shared.

What happens when the subscription ends?

After the subscription ends, the apps work only in a limited mode – documents can be viewed but not edited. To continue working, you need to renew the subscription.
